We're game if you are.

While our print methods are optimised for the brands we choose to stock (AS Colour, Colour Plane and Koa Goods), we're happy to experiment with other fabric blends. There is an element of risk, so it’s important you have a read of the following terms. We recommend sampling before committing to a larger order.

 

Garment Condition + Packaging 

Items must be brand new, and ideally unwashed. Items that have been worn may have oils or residue within the fibres, that can cause staining - damaging both the garment and our machinery. 

Please remove any tags and/or packaging from your items. We may charge a handling fee of up to 50c per item, if they are supplied with swing tags, stickers or bags. This fee covers the extra handling time and waste involved. Read up on our recycling practices for more info here.

 

Print Failures 

We have experience printing on a range of items and fabrics, however some combinations just don't jive and it's hard to know before we actually print it. If providing a sample is not possible, and your item does not print well, we aren't able to replace it or cover any costs associated with your order.

 

Production Errors

Occasionally a print may fail due to machine or human error. If this happens we will source a similar garment from the AS Colour range and print it free of charge. Alternatively, if you'd like to provide a new item for printing, we'll refund up to $25 towards the cost of a replacement, to be sourced by you, along with a purchase receipt.

 

Turnaround Times

Note that item failures or errors can extend the turnaround time for your order. If you’re working to a tight deadline, replacement options may be limited to items we have on hand (click here to see your options)

 

Anything else I should know?

Flat, smooth surfaces print best. Anything with a raised obstacle (zips, bulky seams, pockets, buttons or holes) can be tricky to navigate. Organic cotton, hand dyed and preworn items can be risky.
